FD 201 Graphics For Fashion
The module, Graphic for Fashion helps the process of creating visual content to communicate information/ messages to the masses in terms of fashion. Considered to be a subject of Communication Design, Graphics are used to create visual content using elements such as photographs, colours, typography, illustrations, and icons to represent fashion.
FD 202 Elements Of Design
This module will introduce the design principles of balance, alignment, proximity, space, repetition and contrast. This module will go over the expectations of projects in this specialization, how to apply the design principles to the projects.
FD 203 Basic Sketching
The Fashion Sketching module allows students to go beyond their creativity to invent something new through by experimenting with details. This module will allow students to study and understand how a garment is constructed and how its details (pockets, fastenings, trim... etc.) are an important part of the design. The students also have a firsthand experience in rendering techniques and drawing objects and creating patterns.
FD 204 Indian Art & Appreciation
This module aims to deliver an awareness and appreciation of folk art, different culture, clothing and jewellery of different states of India.
FD 205 Foundation In Stitching
This module introduces to the techniques and basic construction details used for costume construction. Students learn to operate different types of stitching machines and also know its uses in garment construction.
FD 206 Basic Of Computer
Students would be exposed towards digital designing using legal software’s used in the world of designing.
