ID119. Exterior Design

Though we are not technically awarded to coordinate with this subject, this module helps students understand the exterior of a building, the elevation, and consistency in design. Also, the students practically document a project and review the process of an exterior be it a duplex or a high rise. This helps students to understand the technicality of a building and help them work in close tandem with an architect or a civil engineer.

ID120. Landscape Design

The subject enables students to understand the need for Landscape on the exterior & how it can enhance the design. Landscape designing has become the need of the hour, be it residential spaces or commercial plots, landscape plays a very important role in the overall look of the property. Roof top gardens, Roof top Restaurants, Natural and Concrete gardens are the areas where our students focus.

ID121. Estimation, Costing & Business Development

This subject introduces students to the knowledge & skills of estimating, costing, analysis required for handling budgets for residential and commercial interiors. A fine eye in detailing with the specification of products and materials is practiced with practical projects.

ID122. Portfolio

This module helps students to document a professional portfolio both digital and manual. A proper Image makeover and professional documentation of certification of the student is taken care of to face corporate and designer interviews with confidence and grace.
